The pharmaceutical monopoly was attributed by the State to the pharmacists. In exchange, these ones have to respect some obligations. This monopoly [...] is more and more questionned each day. This is the case for one of its product : the pregnancy test. It's considered as an in vitro diagnostic disposal. Pregnancy tests' belonging to the pharmaceutical monopoly has been contested for years. After more than twenty years of fights, the "GMS" won and got the exclusion of pregnancy tests from the L.4211-1 article on the 19th March, 2014. This date reccords the pharmaceutical monopoly for pregnancy tests' end. Henceforth, "GMS" can legally sell pregnancy tests. They didn't wait too long before selling them, helped by an european norm : the CE mark. Despite [...] the end of the monopoly, the pharmacist still has an advantage over the GMS : the added value of his advice. This work's goal is to review the situation on pregnancy tests' functionning, but also to define the right practice when delivering one of them.
En rose, les modifs. En rouge, ce qui reste à vérifier.
Remarques :
A vérifier.
• J'ai rajouté les apostrophes d'appartenance.
• " the "GMS" won and got the exclusion " La traduction est compliquée ici car on passe naturellement la phrase au passé en anglais, alors qu'elle est au présent dans le texte initial. A toi de voir : " win and get " ou " won and got " mais pas " won and get ".
EDIT : c'est bien consultancy ( definition (du Oxford Dictionnary) : A professional practice that gives expert advice within a particular field ).
